High Quality Conveyor Belt
The sander employs high quality belt for long service life.
Additional Emergency Stop Switch
An additional emergency stop switch is installed onto the rear side of the machine, providing and immediate stop control to the operating system.
Variable Feed Speed Device
Various speed of the conveyor belt can be adjusted through variable speed pulley.
Panel material feed speed can be adjusted with speed regulator knob.
Digital Position Controller (Optional)
The conveyor table adjustment is controlled by the digital position controller, providing accurate digital readout. The sanding thickness can be preset to provide convenience in operations.
Centralized Control Panel
All motion controls of the machine are centralized on a control panel. The simple and user friendly control panel will provide both convenience and safety to its users.
Sanding Belt Tension Control
Sanding belt tension is actuated by cylinder, and oscillation tracking is controlled by photocell sensor.
