Centralized Control Panel
All motion controls of the machine are centralized on a control panel.
Digital Positon Controller
(Optional)
The conveyor table adjustment is controlled by the digital position controller, providing accurate digital readout. The sanding thickness can be preset for maximum operation convenience.
Sanding Belt Tension Control
The sanding belt tension is actuated by air cylinder, and oscillation tracking is controlled by photocell sensor.
Panel Cleaning Brush Roller (Optional)
Built at outfeed end of the machine, this panel cleaning brush roller clean powder on the sanded panel.
High Belt
The sander employs high quality for long service life.
Additional Emergency Stop Switch
An additional emergency stop switch is provided on rear of the machine, providing convenient and immediate stop control of all operating systems.
Variable Feed Speed Device
The variable feed speed of the conveyor belt is achieved trough variable speed pulley, permitting for sanding a variety of panel material, Feed speed is adjusted by turning a speed regulator knob. 
Large, clearly identified push buttons simplify setup and start up.
